It worked!

I didn't expect this to work to post on my blog..but it did. I found this quiz on someone elses blog and decided to do it because I'm avoiding the inevitable house cleaning and dinner making that preludes Josh's arrival home from work. And I'm interested in these things..anyway here's my results for the Love Language quiz..I'm not quite sure what to do with this..I'm all over the map!

The Five Love Languages

My primary love language is probably
Acts of Service
with a secondary love language being
Quality Time.

Complete set of results

Acts of Service: 9
Quality Time: 7
Words of Affirmation: 7
Receiving Gifts: 6
Physical Touch: 1

Information

Unhappiness in relationships, according to Dr. Gary Chapman, is often due to the fact that we speak different love languages. Sometimes we don't understand our partner's requirements, or even our own. We all have a "love tank" that needs to be filled in order for us to express love to others, but there are different means by which our tank can be filled, and there are different ways that we can express love to others.

Here is the quiz

I changed the link so it works now..it just doesn't look as nice. I haven't yet figured out how people say click "here" and her is a link to something..

To attach a web address to a word on your blog just hightlight the word and click the hyperlink logo on your template. The hyperlink gives a place to copy the web address. It sound more complicated than it really is. :) But then again, your template might differ from mine.

the five love languages is a GREAT book. Tim and I have benefited greatly from tuning into our own love languages for one another--have Josh take the test, and then go and read the book! I can't recommend it enough! we were thinking of leading a small group with that book in mind someday.

    Love, Heidi :)

Josh and I actually read the book years ago when we were first married..but I never could fully decide what my love language was/is..I think it's changed a bit over the years as well. And no wonder I couldn't quite figure it out when you see the quiz results!

yeah! your results are so close together...it's a great excuse for Josh to put all of them into practice! Ha! :)

Mine are a dead ringer at quality time and physical touch...Tim's are quality time, and words of affirmation.

I will let you know SOON about the weekend of Feb. you emailed me about. :)
