Calling everybody for help, quick!

Kristi and I put an offer on a house in Corbett last night. We are very excited about the possibility of this house and are hoping and praying that it works out. It is contingent upon the sale of our house. Most sellers would not accept such an offer so we are hoping not only do they accept the offer, but that our house well sell extremely fast. Some variables will need to come into place for this to happen.

Here's where you come in. There are some things we desperately need done to our house extremely fast. I must admit that some of it should have been done a while ago. Lack of preparation on our part does not constitute an emergency for you. But we are asking for some huge favors. We need workers, lots of them. The more the merrier. We need baby sitters, roofers, landscapers, painters, cleaners, trucks and trailers, plumbers... The list can go on. And we need them fast. Our house is going to go on the market as early as MONDAY!!!!!
